The Impact of Child Victims 'Behavior on Judges' Light Vantages for Persons of Criminal Acts of Ability or Abuse

The Child Protection Act has given severe sanctions to perpetrators of sexual intercourse and obscene acts as regulated in Article 81 82 the Law with a minimum penalty 5 years maximum 15 prison. This study aims determine whether behavior victim's child is considered by judge passing verdict on perpetrator intercourse/obscenity what basis for judge's authority decide cases based provisions law. method used this normative legal research (juridical normative) using statute approach, conceptual case approach. results show that becomes consideration deciding perpetrator.
